MATTHEW DONNO
Co-President
Matthew Donno is the Co-owner/CFO of EGA Safety Consultants, LLC a construction OSHA Safety company as well as a Real Estate Agent with Douglas Elliman in Manhasset. Matthew brings over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales. As well as a strong background in Accounting and Business management.
Born and raised in Manhasset, Matthew has an intimate knowledge of the town and neighboring communities. He is Co-President of the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce and is also Vice President of the Manhasset Rotary Club.
Matthew received an education from Duquesne University in Business and Communications. Having a background in leading companies, Matthew has been recognized by his clients and colleagues as a strong leader and a motivating individual who is patient, reliable, and trustworthy.
ANTONIETTA MANZI
Co-President
Antonietta Manzi is the owner of ByTina Design Personalizations, a home-run personalization business and runs Shop Manhasset, a community source for residents and promotional platform for local businesses. Prior to that, Antonietta worked as an auditor at KPMG, and in Financial Reporting for Fox TV and Royal Bank of Canada. Antonietta graduated from St. John's University with a Bachelor's and MBA in Accounting.
Antonietta is a Manhasset resident who resides in Flower Hill with her husband John and their 4 young children. Antonietta is Co - President of Manhasset Chamber of Commerce and is also on the board of The Tower Foundation of Manhasset, The Women's Club of Flower Hill, and The Mothers' Group of Manhasset.
With her enthusiasm, commitment and ability to multitask, Antonietta "Gets it Done!" In 2021, Antonietta chaired the first Manhasset Al Fresco, a series of outdoor dining and shopping events on Plandome Road as part of the Town of North Hempstead's "Lift-up Local" initiative to help small businesses, post pandemic. As well, received an award for 2021 Chamber Member of the year! In April 2023, Antonietta was inducted into the Town of North Hempstead's Women's Role of Honor, representing the Manhasset Community.
CJ COLEMAN
Vice President
CJ Coleman is a longtime Manhasset resident, having raised his children there along with his lovely wife, Diane. He has served the community for years as a Manhasset Chamber board member and has served as a past president. CJ is the owner of Coleman-Pensions which designs, installs and maintains high end pension plans for small businesses.
BO TIAN
Treasurer
Bo Robert Tian, Chase private client banker working at Munsey Park branch since 2016. Before moving to Long Island, Bo has worked for Citibank and Chase in Manhattan for 5 years. Bo finished his MBA at Baruch college of CUNY, 12 years after he gained his BS degree in applied physics. Bo and his wife and two children now live in Syosset and he also serves as a volunteer fire fighter at Syosset fire department.
JARED BESCHEL
Legal Counsel
Jared Beschel and his wife Alexandra, moved to Manhasset from Bayside Queens in 2004, They have 4 Children all attending the Manhasset Public Schools: Jared (15), Michael (13), Tyler (11) and Grayson (8). Jared has his own law firm that has been conducting  real estate transactional work since 2001. His firm specializes in both residential and commercial purchase or refinance transactions throughout New York State. Jared graduated and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University in 2001.
DAWN TENNENBAUM
Secretary
Dawn Tennenbaum and her husband Rob have been Manhasset community residents for over 25 years. They have triplet sons who are 2016 graduates of Manhasset High School. Dawn has a degree in Finance from American University and has worked in Finance for more than 30 years at Georgetown, NYU, Cornell and currently Sarah Lawrence College. Dawn has been a local business owner and also currently works with Cultural Care Au Pair as a consultant. She is a knowledgeable resource regarding childcare as she understands that it may take a village to raise a family! In addition to being the secretary for the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce, she enjoys skiing, traveling, and volunteering to help other businesses and causes.

ROBERT DONNO

Robbie Donno was born in Manhasset, NY is Manhasset Chamber member and serves on the Board of Directors. "My father, Dante, was a part of the Chamber of Commerce dating back as far as the 1960's. The belief in investing in the community as was passed down from him."
Robbie is a graduate of La Salle Military Academy in Oakdale, Long Island and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pa. He met his wife, Barbara, at Duquesne and they were married in 1969. Barbara has been the Mayor of the Village of Plandome Manor, in Manhasset for the past 14 years. They have two children, Jacqueline and Matthew and two grandchildren, Emma and James.
Robbie was a principal of Donno Company, Inc, from 1970 to 1997. He was Vice President of Eastern Waste of New York from 1997-1999 and is now a principal at Lemcor, Inc. of Newark, NJ. He has been a leader in the solid waste industry for 50 years. He has received many awards for his leadership in the industry and for his philanthropic endeavors.
Robbie joined Manhasset Rotary in 1971 and became its President in 1975. That was the year that changed his life. There was a plea for help from the Rotary Club of Kampala, Uganda on behalf of 5-year old Grace Agwaru who was suffering from a congenital heart defect. Grace was brought to St. Francis Hospital where she received her lifesaving open-heart surgery and the Gift of Life Program had its start.
In 2003, Gift of Life International (GOLI) was formed and Robbie was elected its first Chairman. Gift of Life International (GOLI) provides lifesaving heart surgery for children around the world. GOLOI has developed a network of support in over 80 countries which in 2019 saved the lives of over 3,600 children. Since its inception, over 41,000 children lives have been saved through the network of Rotary and GOLI.
Robbie currently serves as President. "We have been a sponsor and participated in the field work for research on preventing Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD). That research was published in the New England Journal of medicine. Over 40 million people around the world are impacted. We will be implementing a methodology for preventing RHD which will literally change the world; and it all started here in Manhasset."
TJ COSTELLO

T.J. Costello, born and raised in Weston MA, studied Architecture in New England, Arizona, Athens Greece. Graduated from Cornell University 1985, worked for large firms in Boston and Manhattan before establishing Hierarchy studio. Past president of Chamber of Commerce, past president of MCF, member of Munsey Park ARB, and many local committees from Boy Scouts to Baseball league.
T.J. is founder and principal of Hierarchy Architect + Designers, anchored in Manhasset on the same spot at the corner of Gaynor Ave and Plandome Road for 22 years.
KIM JONES

Kim Jones has lived in Manhasset for 12 years and is a mom to her wonderful 8 year old son. Kim wanted to bring something special to the community so after spending 20-year in a retail career buying, marketing and pricing analytics, she has focused her expertise on bringing to the community a lifestyle magazine.

DIANE HARRAGAN

Diane Harragan moved to Manhasset in 1965 when their oldest child started kindergarten. Then moved to their present home in 1973. Diane became a Real Estate Salesperson in the late 1960's. She bought the Blaich Real Estate office in 1988 and later merged it with the Coach office. She still Practices Real Estate daily helping Clients in both buying and selling Daily.
Diane Has served for many years on the Manhasset Chamber and has been a key person for the Beautification team for many years. Diane is also a past President of the Manhasset chamber as well as a Manhasset Port Washington Kiwanis Member.
NANCY MORRIS

In 1992 Nancy opened the Nancy Morris State Farm Agency. She knew immediately she wanted to live in the same community where she located her business together with her husband Alan and two children, Katie and Charlie. Nancy volunteers for numerous Manhasset organizations. She served as the President of the Chamber of Commerce twice and remains a current Board Member, Past President of the Tower Foundation and was a Manhasset Woman of the Year. She is a Trustee at the Congregational Church, a dedicated sponsor of the holiday movie and Manhasset PAL while also serving as chairperson for the Holiday Poster Contest for the past 15 years.

BILL HANNAN

Bill Hannan, and his wife Lisa, have lived in Manhasset (Munsey Park) since 2004. They have 3 children; Elizabeth (22), Jack (20), and Catherine (15). Bill has worked in Public Finance for firms such as Lehman Brothers and Raymond James for over 25 years. Currently he is director of insurance brokerage for Hamptons Risk Mgt. “HRM” focuses on business, commercial and residential insurance. Bill graduated from N.Y.U., and has Master’s from Fordham, Columbia and Johns Hopkins. In addition to Co-President of the Chamber of Commerce he is a trustee for Manhasset Library. Bill Hannan served as Chamber Co President from 2020-2022.
STEVEN BLANK

Steven Blank and his wife Holly live in Roslyn (East Hills). They have two children; Joshua (31) and Rachel (29). Steve worked as a daily newspapers for 10 years including the Kansas City Star where he was an investigative reporter on the paper’s special projects team. He then purchased 2 weekly newspapers in Bayside and Little Neck and grew them to 16 papers covering all of Queens before selling them to News Corp. in 2006. He continued as editor and publisher for two years before joining City & State as president and publisher. He then purchased 3 papers in Nassau County in 2010 He graduated Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism. He has served as the president of the New York Press Association and the Roslyn Chamber of Commerce as well as a number of organizations in both Nassau County and Queens.
RYAN MARTIN

Ryan founded ProMet Physical Therapy in 2007, in Queens, NY- the culmination of his vision for quality physical therapy- emphasizing the importance of individualized care, centering on emotional intelligence, and grounded in the foundational principles of human movement. Ryan’s affection for his profession, his knowledge of human movement and his determination to improve the healthcare experience has facilitated a multitude of successful clinical encounters for the last 15 years.

Ryan’s newest project was the opening of ProMet Physical Therapy in the prestigious Manhasset community. For the last two years, we have been building relationships, earning trust, and offering the community a different approach to physical therapy and the healthcare experience, overall. We call it the Ultimate Physical Therapy Experience- where we get to know our patients, listen to their distinct needs, and provide them with a path to their fullest potential!

FRAN LISNER

Ivy-league educated, corporate trained, and remarkably personable, Fran is a rare breed of real estate concierge professionals.
Frances grew up selling Girl Scout cookies door-to-door in her childhood neighborhood of Munsey Park. Fast forward 30 years and she’s buying and selling the homes of those neighbors turned friends and clients. Born and raised in Manhasset, Fran is a Long Island local, completely knowledgeable in the area's many amenities. She graduated from Columbia University and brings decades of experience as a Sales Strategy and Operations executive in NYC in the fast-past Technology industry. Prior to joining Daniel Gale, her role at Zillow sets her clients up for success as Fran effortlessly pairs the offline real estate process with the real estate sales tech of the 21st century.

STEVE PANZIK

Steve has lived and worked in Manhasset for over 20 years. As a business man he has served the community as owner and operator of Power Ten Fitness Club since 2001. He is the former director of Manhasset High School Crew for the last 15 years and now sits on the Manhasset School Board in his first term of service. Steve is married to Shaz Panzik, MHS Class of 93, and a current Manhasset School district nurse. He has three children Hunter (‘22), Logan (‘23), and Shea (‘24).
ANTHONY LUPARELLO

Anthony Luparello grew up in Manhasset and is the owner of Luparello Public Adjustment Group.
Anthony is committed to helping home and business owners to maximize their property insurance claims. He has been in the public adjusting industry for over 20 years. Being in the top 1% of public adjusters, he holds the certifications of Senior Professional Public Adjuster and Certified Property Insurance Umpire. He currently resides in Manhasset with his wife, Elaina, and their two young sons.
